Carnarvon Station Reserve, Queensland, 2014

In October 2014, a Bush Blitz was conducted at Carnarvon Station Reserve, a Bush Heritage property in Central Queensland. Scientists recorded 1125 species, of which 705 had not previously been recorded on the reserve and 127 may be new to science. Six threatened species were recorded, as well as 13 exotic or pest animal species and 17 weed species.
